Check-in: Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to appointment to complete our sign-in form or to discuss your need with therapist.  Treatment time includes 5min pre or post session time for your comfort. If you arrive late, the appointment is shortened to allow the technician to be on time for the next session.

 

Cancellation Policy: Treatment times selected are reserved especially for you.  There is a 50% charge for any changes or cancellations with less than 12 hours notice.  Cancellations within 4 hours  & No shows will be charged 100% of scheduled treatment.  Cancellation policy applies to all reservations made by phone, web and in person.

 

Spa Hours:  Open 7 days week. 8 am – 8 pm, for early or late appointments, call Spa Number or dial + 1-284-547-7899

 

Valuables: we will endeavor to look after your belongings, the spa will not be liable for loss of your valuables. We urge you to leave your valuables in the safe located in your room  

 

Health Status: We are not liable for undisclosed health issues. Please let your therapist know if you have any specific health concerns, surgery, pregnancy, pacemaker, bruises etc.

 

Therapist: You may request a male or female therapist, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular therapist.

 

Gratuity: No Service charge or gratuity are added to the service cost. Gratuities are left at your own discretion. Its customary to add 15 % – 20% to the therapist to appreciate their service.
